It can also be used as a source of trace minerals, amino acids, polyphenols, fatty acids, sugars and vitamins - practically everything you need for healthy looking skin and hair! Avoid high or low pH - pH 4-5.5 is ideal. NOTE: As you might expect, seaweed powder has a sulphur like aroma that can smell a little fishy. It is not over-powering but at high levels you might be able to detect it in fragrance-free products.
